Our Small Group Personal Training is the heart of what we do - less like a class, more like one-to-one! We’ll personally coach you in a small group of up to 6. This means we can tailor our sessions to you as an individual, at your level.
It doesn’t matter whether you’ve never been inside a gym before or if you’re an experienced gym-junkie.. training as a small group allows us to personalise your session. You don’t need to go at it alone!

Toby our owner and founder of Grit13 has over 13 years fitness experience in personal training, running classes and small group personal training. He has plenty of experience being able to deliver completely original personal fitness plans fully tailored to your individual goals.

Ellie has been working in the fitness industry for over 7 years, and seen firsthand the power of fitness to transform lives. She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential, and believe’s that everyone has the power to achieve their goals.
Ellie has competed in the WBFF, one of the largest most prestigious fitness modelling shows in the world. She have a passion for strength + conditioning coaching, and love’s creating workouts that are killer but also enjoyable.
Ellie is a strong believer that fitness should be fun and sustainable, and prides herself on her ability to create personalised programs that fit your individual needs and goals.
Sports and fitness have been central to Holly’s life for as long as she can remember.
With over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, she combines her passion for running - having completed numerous half marathons and marathons - with a love for strength and conditioning. This diverse background equips Holly with extensive knowledge and skills to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Holly’s realistic and empathetic approach has enabled her clients to reach a variety of goals, whether you’re aiming for specific fitness targets or looking to integrate exercise into your daily routine, Holly is dedicated to helping you view exercise as a lifelong commitment rather than a short-term fix, guiding you toward lasting, sustainable results.
I’ve worked with a range of clients, for performance improvement, weight loss and body transformation goals.
My main focus is on exercise rehabilitation and corrective movements; l use sports massage therapy to help assist with improving performance and recovering from injuries.
I will be offering PT and sports massage therapy as well as leading small group personal training sessions for Grit13.

James holds over ten years of coaching experience providing him with a wealth of knowledge on offer. James has also completed his Degree in Human Nutrition, making him another secret weapon of Square One.
Fun fact: James worked in one of the first Small Group Personal Training gyms in the country, back when he was a wee teen!

We have over 30 sessions a week for you to pick from. From 7am to 8pm. As well as Saturday morning!
We'll call you after you’ve registered your interest so that we can discuss our 6 week kick start. You’ll come to Grit13 for your 1-1 initial no sweat consultation so that we can get the ball rolling!
You’re only committing to our 6 week Kickstart to experience Grit13. We can discuss membership options with you during your 6 weeks if you love it. If you don’t, there is no bad blood with us.
Think of our sessions more like personal training, over a class. You won’t feel like you’re holding people up as we cater for a wide range of abilities. We are big believers in easing people in, too.
No, we decided to put all of our eggs in small group personal training so we can coach & support our members as we’ve found that this is what most people need and want.
Our 6 week kickstart membership is a one-off payment of £210. After this, if you wish to join, our weekly memberships work out at £8 per session on our Gold Membership. 1-1 personal training can cost you anything from £45-60 per hour, so this is a more budget friendly way to be coached around other like-minded individuals.
